I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.

Three-Phase
In rare instances, electric cookers will require a slightly beefier electrical input than can be provided via a standard 13 Amp fused plug socket. While it is possible to install a converter to convert from single-phase to three-phase, the best solution is to connect the three-phased output directly to the consumer unit, so it can be cut off in an emergency.
